Escape Room FAQ’s
How do I book a game? Please book your experience online at our website or in person. Or call to book 913-397-7700 in KS or 214-383-1400 in TX. Company team building events can email firstname.lastname@example.org (Kansas) or email@example.com (Texas) for questions on booking a large group.
How early should I arrive? Parking in our lot is readily available. Please give yourself some extra time, and arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Games will begin exactly at your start time. We are unable to wait if you are late, and you may have less than 60 minutes to play if you are not on time.
Am I really going to be locked in a room? The short answer is no; that doesn’t sound safe or legal! You will be in a room with a locked door, but it is equipped with an exit code and you are free to leave the room at any time. Of course, leaving the room early disqualifies you and reentry isn’t permitted.
How many people play? Is there an age/size/ability/mobility limit? Each room has a minimum of 2 players, we do not allow single players. The maximum is different for each room. All rooms are accessible.
How do I pay? All games are paid online or in person, or call us at 913-397-7700 KS, or 214-383-1400 TX, at the time of booking. The price per spot is $28.
Can I book with my friends or family? Of course! We suggest one person book the slots for your entire group. You can also have each individual person book their own spot, but all rooms are first come, first serve. There are 10 spots available in each room so you will need to book all 10 spots if you want the room to be just for your friends and family.
Can you accommodate larger parties and events? Absolutely! You can either book through our main booking page, or email us directly to rent our facility for your large party or corporate event. We also offer meal options within our facility or email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to receive a custom quote.
Will there be other people in the room with us? This will depend on how many folks are in your group. If the total available slots are 10 and there are only 4 of you then 6 slots will still be available to be booked by other people. They will not always be filled, but there is a possibility that others may buy those tickets. We recommend if you want to experience a room with only your friends/family, you will need to purchase all slots for a given room.
How long is each game? Each game is 60 minutes, though we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your experience for preparation and 5 minutes after to debrief and take pictures to commemorate your victory (or defeat!)
